O alto falante de 8" (que é muito raro em caixas bookshelf hoje em dia) tem uma resposta firme nos graves (inclusive nas frequências baixas) e uma sensibilidade inacreditável na resposta de médio grave.

Já tive várias caixas B&W (inclusive as modelo novo que já são chinesas) e nenhuma delas repoduzem o mesmo som que essas.

Detalhe de uma caixa na parte inferior estava começando a abrir a madeira e foi colada com cola preta (silicone). NÃO VAZA e fica praticamente imperceptível quando está em cima do móvel.

The MT-22 tweeter with 28mm (1 1/8″) diameter aluminum Hexatech™ voice coil is hand coated with Acuflex, a special material that provides good damping for the soft dome and reduces distortion. The tweeter offers smoother linear frequency response, enhanced low midrange reproduction, and crystal clear high frequencies. Hybrid Ovation II heightens the enjoyment of music, living up to Morel’s reputation for delivering more.

The Uniflow aluminum die-cast chassis’ aerodynamic design minimizes sound reflection distortion and increases the speaker’s overall performance.
